Why us
Helping conflict-affected people build resilience and self-sufficiency through remote work and digital skills
Direct employment
Through our for-profit company, we provide easy and accessible remote work opportunities to conflict-affected people. This is an immediate way for them to start earning an income and support their families. It is also an entry point to the global digital labor market and a springboard to other online freelance opportunities.
Upskilling
Through our non-profit foundation, we offer opportunities to conflict-affected people to learn new skills and increase their employment prospects. These include basic digital literacy, English, and more advanced IT skills courses. In addition, we organize mentorship programs, language partnerships, and fun community events.
