Dreampitch – “Where Impact Wins”, presented at Dreamforce ’26, brings visionary leaders to the stage to showcase businesses creating meaningful social impact alongside business value. In 2026, Tess joined Monique Nadeau of EatLove and Srishti Srivastava of Infiheal for the live pitching event.
For us, the opportunity was about putting Humans in the Loop at the centre of a much bigger conversation: the people behind AI matter, and so does creating its data responsibly.
For nine years, that belief has shaped our work. We provide high-quality, ethical human data services to AI companies while creating meaningful digital work opportunities for people affected by conflict and displacement.
Tess Valbuena, CEO of Humans in the Loop, speaking at DreamPitch 2026 at Dreamforce
Taking our story to the Dreamforce ’26 stage was an important milestone for our team. Dreamforce brings together AI visionaries and leading minds from across industries, including senior leaders from some of the world’s most influential tech companies, alongside founders, academics, government leaders and other voices shaping what comes next.
Being recognised as a DreamPitch co-winner puts our work in that broader conversation. For us, that means bringing greater visibility to an approach to AI that puts people and the way data is created at the centre.
It also reflects the work our team has been building over the years, alongside our clients, partners and our beneficiaries whose lives our work is designed to improve.
We’re grateful to the Dreamforce team for giving us the opportunity to share that work on such a global stage, and proud to bring the Humans in the Loop story to it.
