Human Resources Coordinator
About the Position:
We are currently looking for an efficient Human Resource (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions such as managing the recruitment processes, team well-being, keeping track of employee records, and other activities related to Human Resources Management. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR best practices and will be technically savvy. He/She should be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR operations. To succeed in this role, you should have the skills to optimize and automate many of the administrative processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the hiring plan of Humans in the Loop and work with managers to pinpoint skills gaps, training and recruitment needs, in alignment with department budgets.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline, from the job posting and dissemination, CV screening and contacting applicants, leading interviews, organizing panel interviews, sending job offers, preparing contracts and job descriptions, and collecting candidate documentation, background checks, and referrals needed for starting a position.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation by providing recommendations and guidance around hiring processes, hiring and training needs, and HR best practices.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process. Onboarding new team members, including preparing an onboarding checklist, buddy assignments, managing user access to emails and system tools, commissioning equipment, and working with the direct manager to ensure a successful onboarding experience. Offboarding existing employees, including the return of company assets or equipment, conducting exit interviews and terminating access to systems and tools. etc.
- Identify upskilling, and cross-skilling needs of employees and arrange relevant training and workshops.
- Participate in the definition of Human Resource OKRs and KPIs. Manage HR internship engagements, delegate tasks accordingly, coach and mentor them, and ensure satisfactory results and performance.
- Monitor team well-being regularly, flag and implement corrective actions for interpersonal and performance issues or any violation of the company's code of conduct, and work with managers to address conflicts and problems.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR best practices.
- Maintain and update digital and/or physical employee records.
- Collect feedback from team members regularly through 1:1s, surveys, and other methods in order to find ways to improve working conditions, employee engagement and well-being. Be the point of contact for sensitive information sharing, complaints, and violations reporting.
- Assist team members and managers with bi-annual performance review processes and quarterly team satisfaction surveys.
- Work together with colleagues including the Admin Coordinator, Impact Team and Senior Management to organize team-building events, team retreats, and internal company campaigns and activities for employee engagement.

- Dedicate one day each week to be physically present in the office.

Qualifications:
- Excellent English and Bulgarian oral and written communication skills
- Relevant experience in human resources management
- Strong and effective interpersonal, decision-making, organization and time-management skills
- A university degree in a relevant field
- Ability to work with GSuite, advanced Excel functionalities, and Zapier
- An affinity towards process optimization and automation

- Salary: 1300 BGN (net, part-time; 20 hrs) + plus 30 BGN internet subsidy
