Our workforce is made up of refugees, displaced or conflict-affected people. As such, our recruitment of annotators for remote work is done through an established NGO in the countries we work in.
My internship at HITL was deeply enriching. Interviewing refugees, designing and teaching English classes, and enjoying iftar dinners was an experience I will always cherish. It was inspiring to work with the team on the launch of the Foundation. As someone who is interested in innovative tech solutions and policy I couldn't have asked for a more fulfilling opportunity!
