Impact report 2019

How Humans in the Loop is impacting conflict-affected communities by connecting them to employment and training

After a thorough quantitative and qualitative impact assessment led in 2020, we are happy to publish a comprehensive report of our social impact in 2019.

The report covers our Theory of Change and Impact Model, worker profile, women inclusion, employment and training KPIs, common challenges and advantages that were extracted from interviews with workers, as well as a couple of inspiring case studies.

The assessment was conducted in conjunction with the research team of Professor Andreas Hackl, Lecturer in the Anthropology of Development at the School of Social and Political Science at the University of Edinburgh.
